We all have questions, let us answer some for you here!

Is your salon handicap accessible?

Yes! We have an elevator located at the back of the building. We also have two stair cases that you can go down but not up.

What is your cancelation policy?

We understand life happens but we would appreciate a 24 hour notice for any cancelation. We both feel that it is not necessary to get credit cards on file but if it is a reoccurring issue then we might have to do so. If the appointment is canceled within the 24 hours and we’ve had to get your credit card, then there would be a 50% charge. We don’t ever want to have to do this, so please let us know.

What if I’m late to my appointment?

Again we understand that things get hectic and you can’t control traffic but if you are more than 15 minutes late we might have to reschedule your appointment. Please get in contact with us as soon as you know you are going to be late and we can see what we can do.

Can I bring my children with me to my appointment?

For safety and liability reasons, it might be best to leave them at home. If you are having a hard time finding a sitter, please let us know prior to your appointment and if it is a quiet day at the salon, we can discuss it.

We love kids! Of course! But the last thing we want to happen is for us to accidentally drop a hot iron, a pair of scissors, or a bowl of chemicals near your child.

What should I do if I’m not 100% happy with my services?

If you are not completely happy with your services, we ask that you let us know within 7 days. We want to make you happy! Please don’t be afraid to let us know. Now if we discussed in your consultation that what you desired would take more than one service, then thats not quite a “re-do”. Once again, if there is an issue, we are always willing to make it right for you!

What is the difference between foiling ad balayage?

Dimensional hair color is fabulous, and there are many different ways to take you from where you are to where you want to be. Balayage is a technique where the color is literally painted on to the hair. This can produce many different looks, such as a natural sun kissed look, a few brighter pieces to a bold all over blonde look. Foiling can be a more precise look, creating a full blonde,or a hi/lo look, or a fully blended natural look. The list goes on and on! We absolutely love when you come in with inspiration photos so that we can decide what technique will accomplish your hair goals.

What is a corrective color?

The first priority with color correction is maintaining the health of your hair. Color correction is not just fixing a color gone wrong, but it is really any major hair color change. Subtle changes in hair color are generally possible at your regular hair appointments, but when dramatic changes are desired, correction appointments may be needed. It is most important to understand that color does not lift color. Once you put artificial color, of any type, but particularly blacks or reds, on your hair, professional techniques are required to change it to anything lighter; or to darken a pre-lightened color. In-salon consultations are always complimentary, but required to schedule any corrective color appointment. These appointments are generally lengthy, and cost more than traditional color services.

Please feel free to schedule a consultation with us if you are unsure of what you are looking for!
